The Center for Behavior Analysis at Novosibirsk State University
was established within the framework of a University project aimed at the development and application of scientifically based methods for treatment and education of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). The main approach adopted by us is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), which is almost universally recognized as the intervention of choice for children with ASD and is based on exhaustive evidence proving its efficacy. Our collaborators include renowned service providers, research teams, advocacy organizations and charity foundations in Russia and abroad. Objectives of the project include:
- educating high-skilled professionals in the ABA field
- providing quality ABA service to families of children with ASD
- conducting research on autism treatments
- spreading awareness of autism and evidence-based practices for treatment and education of people with ASD
